A blend of Pinot Grigio and Vermentino, fermented cold in stainless steel to preserve every ounce of its bright citrus character. Drink it with our Burrata, the Branzino, or just on its own while watching the sun set over Frankford Ave. This is the kind of white wine that makes you forget everything you thought you knew about white wine.
