Roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty — in the best way possible. Join Chef Justice Figueras for an intimate, hands-on pasta making class where you'll learn to make three classic shapes from scratch: pappardelle, agnolotti, and bucatini. You'll work with our house-milled flour, learn the secrets to perfect dough, and sit down at the end to enjoy everything you've made, paired with wines from our cellar.
