A Bit About Me:
Justice is a true lover of wine, and more specifically sharing that passion with others. JustJuice was created out of a need to simplify and demystify the complexities of grape juice. His unpretentious and straight forward approach is founded on the correlation between our senses and the components of wine. But make no mistake, Justice's knowledge far exceeds basic introduction classes. His quest for the exclusive title of Master of Wine has led him to train/educate some of the foremost sommeliers and wines professionals in the United States.
Justices' professional career began by carrying tables and dumping spit buckets for wine tastings at a south Jersey hotel at just 17 years old. His love for food, wine and hospitality drove him to work his way up the hospitality ranks and become an Executive Food & Beverage Director for multiple hotel properties in New York City where he was one of the largest single unit buyers for wine & spirits in New York state. This role afforded him the opportunity to manage the execution of such events as the NY Wine Experience, Wine Spectators Grand Tour and the NY Whiskey Fest. Wanting to focus more strategically on his passion for wine, Justice resigned his hotel career to work for the premier Wine & Spirits distributor in NYC as their specialty consultant for the hospitality & hotel channel. After four years of success and earning the reputation of being a solution-based innovator and creative educator, Justice joined Ste. Michelle Wine Estates as a Hotel Consultant in NYC and quickly promoted up to a National Account Executive for the U.S. For nearly a decade, Justice represented international wine icons such as Marchesi Antinori, Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, Dr. Loosen, Familia Torres at wine dinners, events, classes and as a host speaker for the Food Network Wine & Food Festival in both Miami and NYC. At last the time came to venture out of the corporate world, create his own business of consulting and chase his passion of making wine education accessible to everyone. Justice is passionate about breaking down the barriers of the wine world and building a platform based on authentic and approachable experiences - the back bone of the hospitality industry.
JustJuice for All
Justice currently holds the distinction of Wine Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level III Advanced Certificate in both Wine and Spirits. He is currently a WSET Diploma candidate planning to enroll in the Master of Wine program in 2023.
Justice also has a strong philanthropic mentality and has consistently served hospitality focused non-profit organizations throughout his career such as the New Hope for Kids, where he was on the Board of Directors, an ambassador for C.O.R.E., NY Food & Beverage Association, N.A.C.E. of New York, and the Escoffier Society of New York.
